The proposed Condominium development on 446 Simcoe Street South, in Oshawa, ON is presently in the final stage of Site Plan Approval.
The development, on a lot area of 3340 sq.m, is planned as a five-story building, with 50 units, an equal mix of 1Bed / 1Den / 2WR and 2Bed / 1Den / 2WR, ranging in area from 65 sq.m. to 115 sm.
